    Excellent service and attitude!

    I just wanted to take a brief moment and appreciate the level of service you folks are providing to your customers. The agent I spoke with couple days ago regarding the problem with my delivery was just super amazing. My gift was supposed to be delivered to our client on Dec 17th. The UPS carrier was repeatedly attempting to deliver it after 2 pm PST even though I had called UPS 3 times to let them know that the client’s shop is open only between 6 am & 2 pm PST. Finally after 3 or 4 attempts they just shipped it back to the vendor. That was so frustrating!
    
    So, I called GiftTree and your agent was just amazingly courteous and immediately replaced that order and suggested that I can use a different carrier if UPS was not good. So, we chose FedEx and she setup the pkg for expedited 2-day shipment. She also specified as a comment to FedEx that it needs to be delivered between 6am & 1 pm PST. My client received the package on 30dec20 at 11:15 am PST. Job well done folks!

She is a super picky individual, but absolutely LOVED it!! Said the basket was beautiful (great keepsake) and the orange she ate was so sweet. Wish I could have been with her to see for myself. They said it was a stunning presentation, the fruit (and chocolate) very fresh and my mom's thinking how to re-use the basket it's empty because it's too pretty to discard.     This basket is very nice. The fruit was fresh and everything that was in the picture was delivered exactly. My only slight disappointment was that the basket was obviously packed for shipping, for which I appreciate and understand as it was packed very carefully and well. The fruit was carefully packed on top but the candy treats were stored deep down underneath the basket packing material. I had to rearrange the basket to look nice and tidy in order to be able to present it to the giftee. I would definitely order from Gift Tree again. I felt their prices were fair for what was delivered.

    I got it as a Mother's Day present thinking it was a good combination of sweets and fruit. My mom especially mentioned how delicious the pears were and the espresso cake. She also was impressed with the basket as it was something you could keep for other uses.
    Just wish the shipping charges were a little less, really adds to the overall price and makes you often have to pick a "lesser" basket due to shipping charges.
